Accuracy and Timing

Jail rosters, court records, release status, bond information, visiting rules, phone numbers, and fees can change without notice. Fillmore County's own roster materials warn that the current-custody list may not be complete or current at every moment. Call the responsible office before visiting the jail, posting money, sending funds, relying on a record, or taking any legal or safety-related action.

No Legal Advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice. A website cannot replace advice from a licensed attorney who can review the specific facts, court filings, custody status, and Minnesota law that apply to a case.

No Records Are Hosted Here

Minnesota Statutes section 13.82 addresses public law-enforcement data and booking photographs, but requests for official records must go to the Fillmore County Sheriff's Office, the Minnesota Department of Corrections, the court, or the office that created the record. Only those offices can confirm custody or produce official records.
